Even though we don't always have options for all food restrictions, we will find you alternatives, if you tell us what you can't eat.

It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms and interior common areas, so they are all non smoking.

The hotel is located right in the historical center of the city of Ponta Delgada and is about 10 minutes away from the airport by car.

If you didn't rent a car to pick up at the airport, the easiest and quickest way to get yo the hotel is to come by taxi, that you will find at the arrivals area.

Yes, the hotel has an underground garage with limited parking spots, so it's subject to availability. We don't accept reservations. There are also parking lots, payed and for free, nearby. You can also park on the street, but those parking spots are payed (6,60€/day; 0,60€/hour, from 8 am to 7 pm, free on Sundays).

Breakfast starts at 7 am and ends at 10.30 am. If you need to leave earlier, we can arrange a basic breakfast, to be served before 7 am.

You can leave your luggage with us with no additional cost. You just have to ask it at the reception. We can also keep your luggage for a few hours after check out, if you wish.

You may check-in at 2 pm. If you arrive a little earlier and your room is ready, you can check-in right away. However, this is a situation we can only handle when you arrive at the hotel.

There's nothing to worry about. Our reception is open 24 hours, so there will always be someone here to welcome you, even if you flight got delayed or anything else happens.
